The bell tower of the monastery of Ein Karem that had hosted me the night before dominated that panorama made of large light-coloured stones typical of Middle Eastern lands. I was so grateful to GOD for the incredible hospitality I had received, and of course for the imminent arrival in Jerusalem, Ein Karem in fact is a neighborhood located about eight kilometers from the old city.
